My sleep paralysis is unfortunately different now. It no longer has an 'aura' type phase where I can stop it before it happens, and it can no longer be stopped during its peak by controlling my breathing and keeping calm. It also lasts way longer and the hallucinations are way more involved.

The first new one involved ER nurses restraining me like in my nightmare. The second new one is hard to explain; people I couldn't see but could only hear were trying to strangle me to death to "put me out of my misery" and remove the burden on my family. That one lasted really long bc no matter how many times they tried, I wouldn't die.

Okay flying would be cooler and more useful but I'm feeling my choices dictated by fear lately so uhhh breathe underwater bc I have certain things I'm very afraid of.

The director in the sky implemented some pretty heavy-handed social commentary again. I got a commercial for mental health services for women followed by one for Sephora.

Like, you realize you can be more subtle, right? 🙄 You don't have to spell it out for me.

Oh yeah, I accidentally lied that I've watched Twilight before so now I have to watch Twilight for real.

I already hate watching movies unless I really really want to. Now I have to waste time over a mistake 😅
