For anyone searching, help is here!!! These drivers are not available anywhere else, since Monoprice removed all it’s interactive pen displays from their site, as they were all discontinued (even the HD Smarttouch!!!). This is the newest driver for the

19″ interactive pen display, item 10707. 

  These were updated on 4/16/2015, and the last update before that was July 2014.

Download will begin automatically, and be sent to a .zip file in downloads. My version of Windows (8.1 pro) tried to block the installation (sounds sketchy, I know, but you’ll have to trust me...) just approve it, and it should do the rest. Make sure to uninstall previous drivers!!! (They’ll be listed as “tablet display” or “tablet device driver” on programs and features.)

Confirmed Fixes: -Change in menu, including altered buttons for pen pressure test and pen calibration -completely redesigned pressure test -Now has 9 point calibration, instead of 5, with easier to touch “targets” -Further fixes to multimonitor support. NO LONGER HAS TO BE SET TO “MAIN” IN ORDER TO WORK!!! :D -Confirmed support for Toon Boom Harmony 12: Essentials, where previous drivers encountered multiple issues with input. (Likely a quicktime compatibility adjustment)
