Wow now this is what I call a transformation! The first 10 days are strickter 4 shakes and 15 protiwn pills, little to no food, if you war salads and fruit no dressing. My 10 day challenge

Nearly at my highest weight again, feel horrible, need to do something about it, so here I go!
10 days of workouts, eating low calorie, high protein food, drinking water, diet supplements and detox teas
Workout - I will be alternating gym with home work outs, at least an hour a day.
Food - Fuel 10K breakfast porridge pots/vanilla breakfast drink. Meal replacement shake. Bowl of fruit and yoghurt/smoothie. Meal replacement shake. High protein, no carb small dinner.
Water - 2 litres a day minimum, at least 500mls between each meal.
Diet supplements - 2x African mango pill, 2x green coffee capsule, 3x raspberry ketone capsule, fat metaboliser pill, garcinia cambogia pill and a fat burner capsule, iron tablet, pro plus caffeine pill.
Detox teas - raspberry green tea for breakfast, a morning detox, 2x afternoon detox and a bedtime detox, drink after taking supplements.

Day 1: Say something about yourself.
I honestly hate people more then anything. I have the best relationship ever. I like cats. Horses rule. Smoke weeed erryday. tumblrs my fave. I get overly happy when I get a new follower. I don't go to school, I do all my work at home. I don't like being at home for long periods of time. this is my 667 post I've liked 605 posts I follow 62 blogs I need to add to my bucket list. I need to learn how to use my new camera.
Day Two: 9 things about yourself
#1. Im a writer & absolutely love literature. I could talk for hours about it
#2. Im a teen mom but try my damnest to out live the stereo type
#3. I have a big fascination with mermaids, photography & writing pertaining to mermaids. And I want to go Scuba diving before I die
#4. Im a huge collector and sharer of music. I love staying up for hours finding new bands & songs, getting or making mixed cd's, and giving huge song lists to people looking for music
#5. Im obsessed with changing my hair but never do it
#6. I get lonely at night and get pretty bad anxiety & my mind tends to over think a lot
#7. I think about my ex's pretty frequently. And wander how they are or wish they would change already
#8. I can be kind of a doormat and very indecisive and impressionable by others
#9. I desperately want to be perfect. And it kills me when I realize I'm not or when I fail
