My 10 day challenge

Nearly at my highest weight again, feel horrible, need to do something about it, so here I go!
10 days of workouts, eating low calorie, high protein food, drinking water, diet supplements and detox teas
Workout - I will be alternating gym with home work outs, at least an hour a day.
Food - Fuel 10K breakfast porridge pots/vanilla breakfast drink. Meal replacement shake. Bowl of fruit and yoghurt/smoothie. Meal replacement shake. High protein, no carb small dinner.
Water - 2 litres a day minimum, at least 500mls between each meal.
Diet supplements - 2x African mango pill, 2x green coffee capsule, 3x raspberry ketone capsule, fat metaboliser pill, garcinia cambogia pill and a fat burner capsule, iron tablet, pro plus caffeine pill.
Detox teas - raspberry green tea for breakfast, a morning detox, 2x afternoon detox and a bedtime detox, drink after taking supplements.
