Workout AM: 5 minutes Jacob’s Ladder; 1.85 miles treadmill; arm stuff; leg stuff. Workout PM: 2.1 miles walking the dog

Okay. On to the food:
Pre-breakfast: Strawberry, banana, greek yourt smoothie. Breakfast: 2 eggs (scrambled) with spinach, bell pepper, and zucchini Snack:Mixed nuts Lunch: Greek yogurt blended with strawberries and blueberries (see photo below) Snack: ¼ of a green apple and 1 ingredient peanut butter Dinner: “Asian Chicken Wrap” (Costco) but with no sauce. Snack: -
Back to the grind. Considering making this sugar-free thing (as much as a possible) a permanent life change.
