Can’t believe teen wolf is 10 today

It’s crazy that I’ve only properly been apart of the fandom for about a year or so but it feels like I’ve been here since the pilot

Ten Years’ Love

I’ve been feeling very nostalgic today thinking about the Teen Wolf ten years anniversary. Thinking about the past decade, everything that happened, everything that changed, good or bad. In fandom and in real life, my life and life in general.

The friends I made, the ones that went away. The fandom, so vast where I was a nobody and craving attention, but still found so many ways to enjoy myself there. The fics I read, the fics I wrote. The fics I still haven’t finished a decade later. 

The inside jokes. The ships. The wars. That fic I lost that I still dream of finding again. The talented writers and artists. The meta crew.

The polls we won.

Derek, Stiles. Derek and Stiles. Allison, Lydia, Erica. 

So tonight I’m nostalgic. I’m sad and happy, and I might spend tomorrow (re)watching episodes and maybe writing those wips. Or drawing. I never made art for Teen Wolf, maybe I should start now? Or is it too late and I'm just me trying to revive something that’s been dead long ago?

Either way, I don’t think I’ll ever EVER regret watching that show and being part of that fandom. My first true fandom, and my one and only OTP.

I’ve loved overs after you, but you’ll always be the firsts and I’m never giving you up.
