*takes excessive amount of painkillers, not enough to kill just enough to make me very sick*
Panic attack yesterday. Physical illness getting worse and lasting all day now. I'm skipping a class or two. I'm weak and afraid I'll throw up again like in the middle of the night (it was bad).
But I spent the weekend with my partner so I was happy.
This is a video a few of my teammates made of the spoken word I performed for the MeCAHT conference a few weeks ago. The spoken word was created to both share my testimony and encourage the advocates in their work.
To any advocates watching, a truly huge thank you for the work that you do! It does not go unnoticed or without fruit.
And to anyone else, I might not be addressing you directly, but understand that this CAN be you, not only in an official advocate position, but for your friends and family right where you are. We can all choose to walk alongside someone who is hurting. Be encouraged and don’t give up! This healing process takes time and a whole lot of Jesus.
If you think this video will be beneficial to someone else, please pass it along. It’s meant to speak life, so we might as well let it speak.
Thank you for watching!
