This is going to be my second guilt-free eating disorder free Thanksgiving.

I know Thanksgiving can be so hard for those of us in recovery, but I just wanted to remind everyone that it doesn't have to always be that way.

This year I'm excited to spend time with family and eat delicious food.

This year I'm fucking free. And you can be too. Don't give up.

(It took me five years of effort to get to this place. I never thought it was possible but here we are.)
