Volume Day kind of sucked to be honest. I missed a workout due to being out of town for family events and I wasn't able to stretch/recover properly because I left all my gear at home. I failed my first set of squats and couldn't even hit 5 sets of 5 reps for 85% of my max for the rest of my sets. 😭😭😭 Deadlifts went okay and my form wasn't too bad. I forgot all of my cues right up until this set though. 😢 Here's 195x5 at 86% of my 1RM. Bench was meh too. Form was okay. My strength drops down exponentially whenever I miss a day.
