Observations of Life on a Train
There are people of all sorts on trains and today (12-12-15) is no exception. Watching your fellow passengers can be most entertaining as long as they don’t realize you’re watching. Let me explain. Hallelujah
Something incredible happened today. We were painting my room and one of the songs I absolutely love came on; Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley. You knew all of the words, and you were singing along like you always do... Anyways, you were standing on a step latter and I was watching and listening to you, but you didn't know, then you sang the lyrics "well it goes like this: the fourth, the fifth, the minor fall and the major lift. The baffled king composing Hallelujah..." and it was right then, right in that very moment when I felt your voice course through my veins like electricity, all the way down to my bones. It was in that moment that I could feel your touch from all the way across the room. It was in that moment that nobody else mattered, it was as if we were the only two people in the world. No one else, just us. And this was all because of a simple song.
