You Never Made Me Happy
When I look back on my time with you, well, I think I was so used to suffering that I romanticized any moment of not-misery & that it had absolutely nothing to do with you.

Oh! My thoughts!
I took forever to get to my desired level of concentration. When I did, I just wanted God to express Himself despite all my stray thoughts. There are several reasons for this lack of concentration. The body shakes. And this distracts. In fact, this is keeping me from surrendering myself to the meditation exercises in any given session.
The other reason is the absence of an intense effort to add God to all my non-meditating thoughts. The shakes are beyond my control. They are involuntary and expected on this path of Raja Yoga. The second condition of adding God consciously to all my thoughts can be done and therefore should be done. How else am I to progress beyond these shakes ?
