December 23, 2016- A night of overwhelming emotions. I think (quoting Paulo Coelho) the whole universe conspired to make this happen. I couldn’t even begin to explain everything that was running through my head and heart. I just would like to take a moment and thank God for His best Christmas gift to me. From all the concerts/fan meetings I have watched, I must say that last year’s fanmeeting was worth remembering. It was such a beautiful moment. It was truly THE BEST!!! GOT7 took my heart and soul on that night. The highlight of my night was when the members were randomly choosing their partners for the body language game. I was hoping and praying, but wasn’t really expecting. I was whispering my seat number to myself and wishing that Jinyoung, my ultimate bias, would choose mine. I wasn’t paying attention to what was happening around me as I was busy staring at him. Suddenly, my seatmates started to scream and were panicking. I looked at them cluelessly and asked why then they told me, “Girl, Ikaw! Ikaw!” and I was dumbfounded after hearing it. It took a while to sink in that JB picked my seat number. I was like petrified for a couple of minutes, trying to calm myself and my seatmates were telling me to come up on stage because JB was waiting for me. When I finally grasped what was going on, I screamed at the top of my lungs and hurriedly went up on stage. What made that night so special was when JB reached my hand, he held it and we went to the stage together. It may sound exaggerated, but my heart fluttered and the butterflies in my stomach felt alive and everything appeared to be magical. Everything around me went blurred except the spot wherein he’s standing, cause there was nothing in there but him. I can still recall when he talked to me first and asked who’s my favorite member and I answered him shyly and said, “Oh, It’s Jinyoung, but I love you.” And he replied,“It’s okay."with a cute smile on his face. Afterwards, I asked him, "Can I hug you?” then he nodded and embraced me. (I almost died jk!!!! )His perfume lingered in my clothes and I really love his smell! Lol. He has an intimidating aura, but he’s such a gentleman and good-looking guy. He made me feel like I’m the most beautiful girl in the universe. Every single cell in my body was shaking at that time. I almost fainted and couldn’t even say a single word. I was starstruck. My heart was pounding the whole time and all I wanted to do was to just stare at them. I still can’t believe that one of my dreams has turned into reality. I didn’t know what to feel when the fanmeeting ended. I wasn’t even sure if I was physically or emotionally tired. Perhaps it was both. I told my friend while we were going out the venue that it literally felt like I was having a lucid dream. It was so vivid, but surreal at the same time like it didn’t even happen. Indeed, no one is too old for fairytales. Didn’t even expect for this to happen for I thought we were oceans apart, but it happened and I know it meant to happen. GOT7 genuinely unleashed the ultimate fangirl in me.
