—— and I have worked on ____ during the past busy season and I have observed the following positive points in relation to her:

PEOPLE ENGAGEMENT AND TEAMING (4) • She proved that she is dependable, team player and approachable. She created good working environment and she is very pleasant dealing with her team mates. • She was able to help her team mates within the same group when there is time that she is available. She maintained open communication and sharing of learning experience with people even not within her team. • She managed to assist her co staff and act like an in charge of the account; she became the point person of the account. • She is very loyal to her senior. She submitted her full trust to her senior and ensured that no matter what happened she is at full support and she is on her senior’s back all the time.

QUALITY (4) • She is a fast learner, she sees to it the she absorbed all the knowledge taught to her may it be coming from her senior, training or from her own research. • She does not just disposed the comments but she was able to ask why those comments are necessary and sees to it that the next time she will do her working paper she won’t be able to received same review again. • She created her working paper with good usage of words and with proper grammar. • She identifies issues and communicates it on a timely manner and also suggests proper recommendation when the client asks her something. • She can work with minimal supervision without sacrificing the quality of her deliverables.

MARKET LEADERSHIP AND GROWTH (4) • She was able to display professionalism considering some issue with the client relating to attitude. Being able to handle clients with bad attitude on a manner that the audit is not at stake and still performing what was needed is an attitude of a flexible and morally upright professional • She was able to assist the timely collection of receivables by continuous follow up with the client of their dues and should be paid.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE (4) • She charged productive time and made sure that all the deliverables are given timely or in case there are deviations from the time set she is also timely on communicating the same. • She managed her time well and even rendered overtime if the need arises without any complaints or questions. • She completed her required trainings and wbls on time • She also monitored budgets and resources needed for the engagement e.g time charges.

In conclusion, having been engaged with a staff like her, I am really glad to handle her as her senior and if I were to choose who will be my staff in my next engagement she is always be on top of the consideration.
