I was outta shape, then I got into shape, then Covid quarantine hit and in my mind, I’m somewhat outta shape. TODAY, it was a 1000+ days, almost 5 years of working out and proper diets - it’s an up and down journey - but where I’m at physically, mentally and in the name of health now, I’m very HAPPY!!
