Often I have been asked: “What does it feel like to sing in front of an audience?
What does it look like when you are on stage?” This is a pretty accurate picture of my point of view.
We can actually see you (sometimes)...we see when you are with us in the moment, when you are distracted by the buzzing and the lights of your mobile phones, when you are getting bored. When you are having fun, smiling, when you get emotional because we might have evoked, unknowingly, some memories.
We see all that and we try to share that moment with you, no matter what.
And there are some special brief moments, where there is a suspension in time and space, when we can speak to your hearts with no interference and we see the music sink into your thoughts.
That for me is the best feeling in the world, and I would not trade it for anything else.
