All the usual but a lack of will.

I seem to be to in the middle of a phase of meditation where involuntary bodily shakes are the highlight. Last night was no exception to the trend.

In the night before last, my subconscious supported me by letting will power flow through every shake that followed the decision to stay with meditation. Last night’s meditation lacked this blessed flow of will.

The subconscious suggested that I sleep. This suggestion came at half way the session. Usually, this is when I am well into the Hong Sau. The subconscious could see that I would take the suggestion because my will wasn’t coming forth to my aid.

There was calm. There was a flow of energy that made me shake. All the usual except the will to last an hour. It is 9:00 AM, 15 July 2021 for me as I write this blog. It may be a very good idea to squeeze in a few minutes of meditation right about now.
