TIËSTO MAKES MOVE TO THREE SIX ZERO, SAY SOURCES
Mark Gillespie’s Three Six Zero is understood to now be managing superstar DJ Tiësto.
That’s according to sources close to the Dutch artist (pictured), who is currently honoring a residency at Las Vegas night spot Hakkasan until 2020.
The news means that TSZ is now managing both the No.1 (Calvin Harris) and No.3 (Tiesto) artists on Forbes’ latest ‘World’s Highest Paid DJs’ list.
The financial publication estimates the duo’s combined annual earnings at over $80m ($48m for Harris and $33m for Tiesto) over the past year.
Tiësto’s signing is the latest piece of major news out of LA-based Three Six Zero.
Last month, MBW revealed that Gillespie was working with UK-based Matt Vines to co-manage ex-One Direction star Louis Tomlinson – sparking speculation that TSZ might be set to make a return to the UK market, after shutting its London office last year.
Tiësto, real name Tijs Michiel Verwest, won the Grammy Award for Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical for his remix of John Legend’s All of Me in 2015.
