I don’t see why bands changing singers is so “controversial”. The fact is that a singer can make or break the band for listeners. Changing the singer can completely chance the ‘sound’ of the band. For example, I practically fell off my chair when I heard a 3 Days Grace song without Adam Gontier as the singer because they didn’t sound like 3 Days Grace anymore. Just because the band changes their singer and lost its “spark” for me doesn’t make me a “hater” and it isn’t “rude”, that’s just the way it is. Not everyone is going to be happy with the changes bands make, that’s a fact of life.
