➊15-18!SKK: They enjoy games like Mario/Leps World, as well as any competitive games. Car racing, for example, would be ideal.

➋Kenji and Kyoka: They would play all sorts of animal games together. They would love Animal Jam. Kyoka would choose a rabbit as her first animal, while Kenji would choose a monkey or a panda. Kyoka enjoys buying cute dens (like fairytale castles) and decorating them, while Kenji is more into collecting animals and pets.

➌Mori: He'd choose match-3, sudoko, or puzzles as games. Sometimes he'd play dress-up games or pony makers with Elise.

➍15!Dazai: If he was too bored and the typical games were getting boring, he would choose something like "Fran Bow".

➎Ranpo and Akiko: They would love to play Minecraft together and would try to invite Fukuzawa to join them.

➏Fyodor: He also loves Sudoku and online chess. He'd likely beat absolutely anyone at chess. He'd also play checkers, cards, or online versions of Monopoly.

➐Shirase: He'd play something like "Granny" or "Hello Neighbor." He'd play Granny multiplayer with the other sheep at night. He'd be very afraid to go to Spider-Angela from the recent update.

kouyou has some complicated feelings towards dazai---on one hand, she pities him: he's a boy who got roped into the mafia too young, an SA survivor who can't stand human touch, and she's not stupid--she suspects she knows why dazai wears those bandages

on the other hand, he's fucking annoying

chuuya lives above kouyou's brothel, and dazai is there constantly. imagine the worst upstairs neighbor you've ever had. multiply it by 30. when they're not beating the shit out of each other and actually shaking the walls of the building, they're just...screaming. kouyou finds out dazai laughs like a screeching hyena when he's around chuuya, his limbs flailing and unrestrained. it's so unlike the performative smiles or derisive snorts she's seen from dazai before, and she's a little relieved that he actually is 15, despite his absurdly high rank.

but it's the 4th time this week that dazai has rushed past a client to get to the front door, causing her girls to drop expensive wine glasses on the ground. kouyou grimaces as they shatter. chuuya, as expected, isn't far behind. he stops to look at the glass.

sorry ane-san, it's his fault, ane-san, i'll pay for the glasses, he says, looking genuinely guilty and well, kouyou could never stay mad at chuuya for long.

(dazai doubles back when he realizes chuuya isn't chasing him, and they snipe at each other as chuuya cleans up the shattered glass)

Sharing Ice Cream together

“What the hell?”, Chuuya got up from the stone wall he was sitting on, waiting for Dazai. “What was taking you so long?” He got his answer right away by looking at Dazai. He was holding something in his hand and constantly licked on it. “What’s that?”

For a mere second, confusion was visible on Dazai’s face before he looked amused at his partner. “Chuuya doesn’t know what ice cream is?”, he asked him in a taunting pitch of his voice. “How pitiful of the former king of sheep~”

“No- wait- that’s not- of course- stop calling me that!” Chuuya stomped towards Dazai and glared at him with slightly squeezed eyes, his hands in the pockets of his pants. “You think I’m stu-” but before he was able to finish his insult against Dazai, he found himself with the so-called ice cream in his mouth. 

Dazai’s lips started to form a smile while watching Chuuya’s reaction over the cold food in his mouth. It was nothing special but he loved the vanilla mini milk ice from the local conbini the most. 

Chuuya put the ice out of his mouth and licked over his lips. They were slightly sticky but tasted sweet. His body relaxed and he looked at the ice cream in his hands which was slowly melting down on his hand.

“Chuuya~ you’re dripping~” Dazai grabbed the hand with the ice cream and licked over the skin to clean Chuuya’s hand, making him flinch back. 

His face heated up in merely a second and he had let go of the ice cream. “What-What-What are you bastard doing?!” He looked from the ground up to Dazai and turned around with a quick movement, his face still hot. “Fuck- stop wasting our time! We have a mission to accomplish!”

kouyou is tired and grieving and always, always beautiful.

she remembers a time when she wasn't, even when she tries not to. she remembers warm words from an optimistic man, remembers his warm hands as they took hers,

his warm blood, soaking into her cheap yukata

warm tears, slipping down her makeup-less face

even as she was dragged back into the abyss, she remembers that brief flash of sunlight on her face

and it burns now, knowing that it was never going to happen for someone like her. she was foolish to hope. better to have never loved at all rather than loving and knowing that you were once young and dumb enough to believe.

(she sees chuuya beginning to fall into that trap. his eyes follow dazai's figure. she trails her manicured nails against the table, a discordant screech ringing out. chuuya turns back to her.

"he's just a boy, lad," she says, trying to keep the bitterness out of her voice. "he can't change the world to make someone like you fit into it.")

Dazai : I'm having a midlife crisis.

Mori : ....Dazai-kun, you're fifteen.

Dazai : Bold of you to assume that I'll make it past thirty.

Chuuya, yelling from the other room : Bold of you to assume he'll make it TO thirty!
