Maintained boundaries by not responding right away to sibling and agreed with H I would leave it until Monday. Tomorrow I need to do some light work then I can chill... then a full weekend! The house is getting tidied tomorrow too which is good. I'm ready to clear things for myself for Monday, I like to have things be neat with my inbox etc. Saw Iron Claw today and cried a lot which was an interesting catharsis. I don't know whether I really needed it or not but it happened. I'm just allowing these things to happen when they Happen in the hopes it's beneficial for my mental health in the long run. I really need to get the gym done tomorrow before cramps so I'll do that, take a short meeting, then into the shower!
