Zero minutes of meditation
Motivation to sit down for meditation has to be different for weekdays and weekends. Although a Sunday, this 16th was followed by a holiday for me. The routine is so different for a Sunday evening when one knows that the Monday after is an extended Sunday.
Meditation before sleep, in order to gear up for a long hard day is a kind of fear motivation. The fear of the upcoming stress makes you sit up and take stock. On the other hand, with a not-so-stressful day ahead, one can afford to be put many more minutes in a leisurely activity like meditation !
Why didn’t I think of that before ?! It is pretty obvious to me that I can’t increase the duration of my nightly meditation. It requires way too much stamina. However, I can definitely add a session on days that are relatively more chilled out. 😎 Cool ! The intention is in place with these words here. Let’s see how well I fight the battle of the will with the anti-meditation devil !
Since my last post, Spurs made a fantastic recovery in the second half against London Bees with a penalty and a 25-yard strike from Josie Green, coming from behind to win 2-1 in their first league game of the season.
Yesterday, the team travelled to WSL side Yeovil Town for a cup group stage game and ran out 4-0 winners, putting Spurs second in the group behind favourites Chelsea.
Photos and a list of results will be posted in the coming days!
