pov ur watching daniel girlies claim the strategy is what fucked daniel over when lando was given pretty much the same strategy and stayed on pace with the alpines
#im sorry im done#should daniel have pitted onto the softs? yeah in retrospect#but his tyres were gone with like 22 laps to go and mclaren had date from lando AND daniel from the first stint where they both had the most#trouble on the softs out of everyone#lando's were gone in 15 laps and daniel's in 16#17*#but what did ricciardo proceed to do in the last stint? get a 5 sec penalty - fall way behind the alpines - get overtaken by gasly#AND to add salt to injury he didnt manage to keep the 5 second gap to mick schumacher#yes the hards were a bad tyre. but u cant pretend its all on the strategy#when lando's tyres were also hard AND also older. and he managed to keep on pace
