Liam Payne : "I would have no problem going back to One Direction"

Back from madness and excess around "One Direction", Liam Payne released his first solo album, "LP1".

Paris Match: Is it really different to have a solo career?

Liam Payne: When I was writing for the band, I had four guys to satisfy, the label, the manager, the fans... I had to juggle that. Then I made the album I wanted to do. The hardest thing, and I'm sure the boys would agree with me, is finding your identity. We have to reinvent what we do. I couldn't keep the band's genre of music because it doesn't sound like me enough. But the advantage of having lived for the past twelve years is that it has given me a lot of writing material.

Do you miss One Direction?

Of course! I would have no problem going back. But we are happy to have our space and to be known other than as a piece of a puzzle. At some point, you no longer want to be recognized as a “One Direction”. I had the impression that my name had become “Juan Direction”!

Has the hysteria around you subsided?

It was difficult to have our lives constantly watched and to read so much nonsense ... My death has been announced several times! But when the group was formed, there was little interest in me. So unlike the others, it’s more complicated for me now. I am in the press every day, I am spotted more easily. But that's my job... The important thing is to know how to manage it, and I do it much better than before.

Спасибо, что я додумался полистать и посмотреть все фф, что написаны по моему фд. Так как подумал мол, вдруг написали что-то новое? И вижу как какая-то девушка из 6-7 класса, тупо взяла скопировала мою работу и выдаёт за свою + отметила в посвящении мой ник мол, посвящает этот текст мне. И я сидел чисто, блять. Это моя работа, которую я писал два года и придумал идею в 2015 и до 2018 вынашивал её и продумывал. Я взял культурно написал в сообщения этой девушке: без мата, без наездов и с обращением на Вы. Та не отвечала мне и я написал в поддержку, в итоге она удалила фф и не отвечает на мои сообщения с какой целью это всё было.

Люди, будьте адекватными и не катайте чужие работы, ведь авторы много в них вложили и долго придумывали, не нужно так делать. Услышьте меня!

Для меня эта новость была огромным шоком, меня в прямом смысле трусило и я готов был чуть ли не плакать, ведь как так можно? Я не понимаю, правда. Я бы никогда не сделал что-то подобное, почему многие люди не могут быть такими порядочными и не брать чужие идеи/тексты и тд.

Forgot to post about it but I went bouldering on Friday ☺️ managed to do some old orange routes around 6a and some other people easier stuff. Later today I'll go again and then post in more detail 😁
