Depth:

I trembled strongly and involuntarily towards the end of this session. That’s evidence to me that the life energies running like a stream in my spine are not able to pool in the head. Them energies are dissipating from the spine as strong trembles.

Although the duration at 74 minutes is decent, I am not proud of the quality of meditation.

I am done beating myself up over me sabotaging my smooth growth as a meditator. Since Wednesday I haven’t arrived at some rarified parts of my mind. I have had flashes of a purified intuition prior to Wednesday. It was nice to have free life energies reaching the head.

I now patiently wait for life energies to feel welcome again. They are welcome to reside in my head. I am sorry about mental habits that don’t let life energies feel comfortable in my head. Praying for the miracle of a mental rewire.
