- Not a Sunday goes by that Ramona doesn’t attend church, it’s a habit that’s been drilled into her since her formative years were spent out of town at a Christian boarding school.

- Like many who were born and raised in Coolsville, she longs to move she can’t imagine doing it with the quirks she gets along with the full moon.

- Ramona not only hates the fact that she’s a supernatural, but others as well on the same premise.

REESE MILAGE-DAVIDSON - It was a morning Ramona would never forget, waking up under the warmth of the sun after the night of a full moon- with none other than Reese overshadowing her. The girl had seen her that night, and she’d gotten curious. And she only grew more curious come the light of day. Ramona knows it’s wrong that a human knows, and she prays Reese never told another soul. But sometimes it was nice to have someone else to talk to, and the girl was always happy to listen. Somedays she even asked to be turned herself, and Ramona’s convinced that’s what happened the night of her disappearance.

TODD HOLCHAN - Ramona would remember Todd from her summers back in town, back then they were never in the same circles but now she sneers at him rather than ignoring him. Although she thinks he should have left for good, she envies the fact that he’d left Coolsville at all.

TESSA HWANG - Tessa and Ramona were on the volleyball team together before she graduated. The two of them were close of sorts, sharing secrets, talking crushes, and Ramona would always have her back in any situation. That was before Tessa was turned. Now, Ramona won’t have a single thing to do with her.

LEVI HENDERSON - Levi was the type of child that didn’t belong in church, with his crude remarks, and a recklessness that Ramona would almost begin to pity every time he lashed out. But every time she started to feel like he might just be someone that needs help, he’d say all the right things to grind her gears.

BIOGRAPHY:

Blair Parson  felt like a rose that had been cursed by its thorns. He had never really been Blair. He’d always been known as That Parson Boy. More talked about than talked to. It was the norm when your parents were two of the most hated individuals in a small town that has nothing better to do than talk.

Kylan and Sarah Parson earned their law degrees far before they ruined their reputation and their son’s. They won plenty of cases and travelled to bigger towns for bigger deals and bigger checks before setting their eyes on the slow and sleepy town of Coolsville. A wonderful place to raise a family and an even better place to sink their greedy little hands into.

His parents would taken advantage of some outdated laws, give some bad–but not illegal–advice during city council meetings. Between there and the business council they would allow themselves to take advantage of a realestate deal that would leave the Parson family owning nearly the majority of Coolsville’s business sector.

From Rosie’s Diner to the Sunset Laundromat, the Parson’s collected the rent checks and once they had them? They upped them. Bloodsuckers. Liars. Cheats. The Parsons got called it all and for the majority of the town, the apple doesn’t rot far from the tree. Blair Parson was just as bad as his parents before he could even do long division. No matter what he did, or how he presented himself, Blair was a black hat. Parents didn’t want their daughters or sons to date him. Teachers didn’t want to put him in the forefront of their plays, their classes, or their minds.

Blair did his best to not let it affect him. He kindness looked through by the townsfolk as easily as a window. Blair wanted it to be the truth but the way that his parents had set his reputation before he was even able to build his own wore him down. Being kind is a choice. One that Blair believes in despite his parents. One he could have easily given up so long ago. To become what people expected him to be. To be ruthless and cutthroat for his own benefit like his parents. Blair tried to separate himself from them but it never worked that way. He found himself gravitating to the people who saw him as something more than another problem his parents made or a casualty of their cruelty.

Maybe that’s why he wanted to make his own brand of trouble. After so long of trying to be someone that the town could even just potentially tolerate, Blair wanted to be himself–to have something to himself. Not the lecherous, town-splitting trouble, but maybe something a little softer. A little sweeter. A little more addicting.

CHARACTER INFORMATION:

- Blair’s lived his whole life shadowed by his parent’s mistakes, and the image they painted for the family name. Even now years later, Blair is only ever associated with what they did,

- He works at Perkie’s Pansies, with Levi Henderson, where they run their own side business from the florist.

- Despite years he’s spent trying to distance himself from his family name, and behave regardless what everyone expects of him- he doesn’t know how much longer he can keep up the act.

- Blair can’t remember most of the night of Reese’s disappearance, but he does remember seeing her at some point.

CONNECTIONS:

LEVI HENDERSON - Levi and Blair have always been known by rumours, it only seemed natural that they were drawn to one another. The other boy would never help his own appearance, however he was one of the few who’d consistently speak to him. Blair knew he only spoke to him because it would make the others talk- but friendship was friendship.

REESE MILAGE-DAVIDSON - Reese had always been everything Blair ever wanted to be. She was perfect in every way in the eyes of the town- even though he knew so many of her secrets. It was only natural they knew one another in a small town, and the same friendship circles. He’d always be envious of her life.

ASHER MURDOCK - Town gossip was something Blair knew all too well, and sympathised with whenever he heard those that circulated around Asher. He’d try and talk to him some days- tell him he understood, maybe even that he was sorry. But every time he’d just get shot down by Asher, after all, who would want their name tied with Blair Parsons.
