That one moment when the breathing movement goes on vacation, was absent today. Other than that, a pretty good session. I shook a lot. I shook nearly all through the session. Maintaining a suitable mental volume on the mental utterance of Hong Sau got increasingly difficult as the session deepened in concentration. It is getting easier for me to concentrate with each progressing session despite my body trembling. Our lives are about God. Either I have kept Him on my mind while working in the daytime or I have not. Success of all kinds depends on where the mind is — is it on the very purpose of my existence or not.
