[FxF] Sapphic RP: Western-Preferred, Flexible

Heyo there,

I’m an 18+ writer (just a hobbyist, though I’m quite dedicated) with a literary writing style and solid experience in roleplay. I’m currently looking for a 1x1 RP partner for a long-term story. I’m not particularly fond of doubling and generally prefer stories where both partners are equally invested in the same plot—though I’m very open to exploring different characters, including OCs, and shifting the focus when it benefits the story.

I’d love for the story to center around the dynamic between one or more pairs of characters. In terms of romance, I lean strongly toward lesbian/sapphic pairings, and it’s important to me that my writing partner shares that priority.

That said, I’m also open to writing m/f romances where I play the male character, as well as m/m or purely platonic dynamics—I’m specially a sucker for sibling tropes and guardian/protector bonds.

I’m quite the nerd, honestly, and I’m into a lot of different fandoms. But to keep things simple, here are some of the settings and themes I’m especially drawn to:

Western Settings

• Red Dead Redemption (I’ve played both games and feel that any character—whether kind or brutal by nature—offers great storytelling potential. I’ve RPed some of them before and would love to exchange ideas!)

• The Quick and the Dead

• 1883

• Honestly? Just ladies—or cowgirls ; )

In addition to Western romances like Desert Hearts, Tumbleweed Fever, or Brokeback Mountain, I’m also drawn to Victorian-era vibes like Fingersmith, Tipping the Velvet, or Anne with an E.

I’m not sensitive to darker themes. In fact, I tend to gravitate toward storylines that explore angst, psychological tension, violence, trauma, and many other dark elements. I’m also a big fan of suspense—especially when balanced with comfort and personal growth. Some of my favorite tropes are enemies-to-lovers or power dynamics in a more or less brutal context. I’m also totally comfortable with NSFW and—heavy on this—smut as long as it fits naturally into the story.

That said, I can absolutely go more vanilla and enjoy a grounded, emotional drama, if that’s what you’d like.

Honestly, I usually write within established universes and play canon characters. I don’t typically use OCs myself, but I'd be thrilled to include your OCs, bring them into the story, and play any canon character—or even create an OC of my own to pair with yours. And of course, if we go for an original setting or different universe, I’m more than happy to build our own characters together.
