Her camisa and pañuelo feature scalloped edges and are embroidered with dark threads, a style fashionable during this decade. Interestingly, her baro has drop-shoulder sleeves that are close-fitting and pleated near the elbows before flaring into a wide bell shape.
Her saya de cola (skirt with a train) is made from panels of dark silk, hand-painted with floral Chinese motifs.
