“Ted.” She shook her head at him, “It is a wonder you have survived this long. You are either blessed or cursed and I don't think it is worth finding out which.” Amelia sighed dramatically.

“Now, now, what a voice. What a presence.” The radio broke in, “Ella Fitzgerald, ladies and gentlemen.” Vaughn could tell he leaned into the microphone with that cheeky half smile, the one that makes his thin mustache look crooked. “I know many of you are poised by your phones to get to be the 13th caller but before I start our quiz, New Orleans, I have one last dedication. This one goes out to those cuddly Teddys. You know who you are. You are listening to the Demon of Radio, late night with a heat to rival every. Last. Deadly sin. Stay safe, New Orleans.”

Alastor cleared his voice and Vaughn pictured him in his fancy radio studio with his hands wrapped around the back of his microphone preparing to croon.
