自分の経験だと、実力のあるクリエイターが歯が抜けるように会社からいなくなる時って、端的に言えば「彼らを雇っている現場の経営者の人事評価がフェアじゃない」と気づいた時ですね。つまり「労働環境が悪い」ことに気づいたというのと同じなんだけど、ただ単に「給料が少ない」とも違うんですよね。
