Radio Times, 19 -25 February 1977 with Clint Eastwood getting the cover honours and featuring in a documentary about himself. Wonder if this was the first showing of Coogan's Bluff on UK television? It did take films a long time to get from cinema to television in those days.

Paul and Jane and Ringo and Maureen fly from London Airport to Delhi, India on the 19th February 1968. In the first photo, Jane’s parents Dr Richard Asher and Margaret Asher are behind Paul and Jane - they’d come to see them off - and in the second photo, Peter Brown accompanies Ringo and Maureen.

Radio Times, 19 -25 February 1972 with Steptoe and Son, the most famous residents of Oil Drum Lane, getting the cover honours. Wilfrid Brambell (1912-1985) played Albert Steptoe and Harry H. Corbett (1925-1982) his son Harold Steptoe. Written by Ray Galton and Alan Simpson it originally ran from 1962 to 1965 and then returned to the screens in 1970. It did make me laugh but equally I always found it uncomfortable viewing with Harold kept too much of a prisoner by his father.

On Sale 19 February 1981 but cover dated 25 February 1981.

Ad for the new Captain America weekly. I remember this as being one of the better weekly titles, in the early issues anyway, from Marvel UK. It began with the Roger Stern/John Byrne run on Captain America and the David Michelinie/Bob Layton run on Iron Man.
