Corned Beef Hash with Eggs and Toast
Tobey's Nineteenth Hole
Golden Hill, San Diego, CA
THE 19TH HOLE
26MAR17 Coronado 8.25 USD 7"
Tortilla
Served halved but wrapped well on a plate with extra fries; they said it was served with chips, though.
Meat
With such a quantity and consistency of fries, the meat took a backseat, but was evidently good nonetheless.
Ingredients
Fries, cheese, sourcream and pico de gallo. The fries in the burrito and on the plate were beer-battered and crispy AF; however they were concentrated on only only half. The sourcream was scarce enough to balance everything else and the pico added only a little as well.
Salsa
A small ramekin of what was most likely Pace Mild. Texas Pete was also on the table.
Other
So it's the "clubhouse" of the golf course on the Naval Air Station base, so there aren't high expectations. But it's nice enough and not as overpriced as it could be, so there's that. Service is what you'd expect from any other staff of elderly Filipinas at any NEX in the world.
Pairs with:
Fountain Coke, no ice.
Overall Score
7. Definitely better than Subway or whatever gruel they're serving in the galley.

A fair way to enjoy a beer.
Back when I was climbing...
I was taught to give tips online... and that should grow my channel(s)/social media metrics... The times have changed... people don't need your tips... We're now in the connection economy, UFRH... Hanging out, over education, UFRH. People help people that they hang out with... They don't normally help people that give away free information, UFRH.
