from today it is 19 weeks 💫! So I'll be halfway behind me soon. a lot of things have changed. especially my waist circumference. I am getting fatter in the abdomen. My jeans don't fit anymore. I now have to change completely to jogging pants and comfortable clothes. My T-shirts still fit but I doubt that they can be stretched until week 40-41. So I have to buy bigger sizes. And where we are when we buy: I can no longer carry bags. After a few minutes I get abdominal pain. My doctor advised me to stop carrying bags. With weights in the gym, however, he said that I have to see for myself what I can and cannot do. That was my little update to week 19.
