Never forget. My heart breaks when I recall this horrible day. Where were you when the news first hit? I remember being at my part time high school teaching job, watching this with my students and concerned for all of us and what our future would look like. I monitored my students for their reaction and was a listener for anyone who needed me. School was dismissed early that day and I couldn’t wait to pick my own children up from school. We all awaited my husband’s return from work and were grateful to be reunited as a family.
