Sam, sad face and soft voice, making a big show of being reasonable and grown-up, guilt-tripping Earth from the start, talking about how he's trying so hard to be nice and to please Earth, as if that was the point, and fully expecting to be forgiven because he made some token "nice" gesture.
Earth's cold fury and reined-in pain were a welcome contrast. I cringed when he said "I'll forget about it eventually", I was so afraid he was gonna give in. But then he shut down every one of Sam's attempt to make him feel guilty, one iconic line after another. Seeing Sam crumble little by little was a beautiful sight!!
I'm so impressed with Singto and Nat's acting in this scene! It shows how well they know their characters.
