maxed out today, first time benching too
Went actually not too bad. Had a little hiccup with my deadlifts but eventually got that last rep up pretty freakin' fast after struggling with it for a minute.
squat 95*2
deadlift 115 (old pr, the last 1rm I'd lifted was 135 so clearly I lost a bit of strength)
bench press #60x5 (I had never benched before in my life so... bam, I'm not too disappointed even if it's baby numbers)

HPC= >45 (i dont know my 1rm, this is the highest iv gone with reps.)
