I don't want that man stepping anywhere near me with a needle but I have to agree with he would probably be an incredibly nice doctor. I've seen him kindly navigate through conversations with a many freaking out fangirl. I like to think he would be the same in a patient type situation.

Is there an official fans of Mark Gatiss twitter?

I don't think so...I'm not on twitter much, but the pattern I have seen is most of the people with fan twitters don't have a twitter themselves. Examples cumberbuddy and the gravesdiggers. Mark does keep his fans updated on what he is doing through his twitter, it can be subtle and cryptic and a bit trollish but it is normally there, whether it be his choice in icons or a picture he posted. Also if you want to do more digging follow people he works with, Reece Shearsmith, Lee Ingleby etc. They drop clues. Hope this helps :D

If you could cast Mark in any role in any show/production what would it be? (casting Ian alongside him would be a possibility too in case that changes your decision)

There is a big finish audio where he plays The Master it was much to short, so even if it is for a red nose day, I would like to see him don the evil time lord cap again. I love to see him on Doctor Who in any capacity, he gets so adorably fan boyish.

OR himself and Ian as Madame and Monsieur Thenardier in Les Miserables. Bunsen could play Eponine.
