Ilyenkor érdemes még lefeküdni?

Ha 6:30-kor kelek.. az még 4 óra. 90-110 perc egy alvás ciklus vagy mi a csoda.

Szóval az nem jó. 3 óra alatt 2 ciklus, a maradék egy óra végére pont 3.szinten lennék, ahonnan a legnehezebb felébredni. Ha most fennmaradok még olyan 20 percet, remélhetőleg könnyen fogok ébredni (2.szint).

Nincs is jobb mint hajnali kettőkor matekozni... de muszáj.
