These are number puzzles to cut up and students can put the puzzles together by finding the four different ways to write a number (standard form, word form, expanded form, and base ten form).
It took me FOREVER to finish and maybe one day I'll do a second set for numbers over 500.
This packet contains seven different activities that use place value strips to represent conceptual understanding of adding, subtracting, and multiplying whole numbers based on place value. These activities align with common core content standards and the mathematical practices. A set of mini-place value strips are added to this packet of activities. These strips are ideal for student use at their desk. This packet also contains a game based on place value strips.
