#JackedKirby - And Now for something a bit different... 💥💥💥 This month Marvel will be releasing Captain America #Issue700 which is a milestone. In order to celebrate the occasion and monumental issue editor in Chief CB Cebulski and Chief Creative Officer Joe Quesada are including a holy grail in this issue... and unused FULLY DRAWN STORY from Jack!!!! 💥💥💥 The story is entitled “The Gauntlet” and has never been used before and features Cap battling Hydra, Red Skull And even Batroc the Leaper... all being seen for the first time! The dialogue is provided by current writer Mark Waid. 💥💥💥 I love the idea of an never before used unscripted Kirby story being brought to life by a modern writer like Mark Waid & colorist Matthew WILSON... what an excellent way to celebrate the history of Cap in such a monumental issue. Of course the artwork that has been released (these two pages here) in solicitations are amazing... but I really can’t wait to get this issue and check this story out! In the two pages we have so far we have Cap kicking some major Hydra ass in true Kirby fashion. That pose of him flying thru the air in the opening splash is awesome Kirby goodness at its peak!
