the stairs outside of the himym appartment appear in bones in front of the appartement sweets and daisy buy when they were going to move in together (8x4 - "the tiger in the tail" 38:50)
in bones when cam is walking down the street the outside of maclaren's pub can be seen behind her (5x3 - "the plain in the prodigy" 3:50)
the exterior of the church that angela and hodgins' first wedding happens in is the same as the church where victoria left her fiancé at the alter (2x21 - "stargazer in a puddle" 42:38) + (7x24 "the magician's code part 2" 20:33)
