Make Another Movie!!!!
I had a duh realization today as I sat watching the 1940s Frankenstein Meets the Wolfman. One that I know others have likely made but that I want out there and shared. How would you like there to be another Wolfman movie as a continuation for the 2010 Wolfman featuring Benicio Del Toro? Don’t think it is possible? This is how:(SPOIlER ALERT for those who haven’t seen the 2010 Wolfman or the 1940s Frankenstein Meets the Wolfman!!!) Benicio Del Toro once stated during an interview with Howard Stern that he doubted there would be another Wolfman(because his character “died”)-even though he seemed like he would love to give it a go. Plenty of others out there would agree BUT-in the Frankenstein Meets the Wolfman film with Lon Chaney, the film starts with grave robbers opening the grave of Lawrence Tolbot only to find out that he is not dead but asleep. This could totally be done. The other reason why I am putting this out there though is that there are people who would complain about the time gap-in the film with Lon Chaney the character had been slumbering for roughly four years(the number of years could be altered)and would account for the ageing. I also wanted to get this out there because who wouldn’t want to see Frankenstein and the Wolfman together in a film again with today’s effects? Don’t think you can make this happen? People used to think the Deadpool movie wouldn’t be a thing-I used to be one of the doubters too. But people began talking and pushing and it is happening! If you guys want this too, start buzzing about it! Like this idea? Want another kickass classic monster movie in theatres? Please share and pass the heck outta this around my sweet monsters and gouhlies! Xoxo -Somber Girl
Very impressive. Might have to watch it again.
(If you have no desire to read about my opinion on a movie, ignore this now.) I'm very picky about the movies I watch. If I don't want to see a movie, I don't and I don't usually change my mind. HOWEVER, my mind was changed last night for me.. I was trying to fall asleep downstairs on the couch, watching slow (but WONDERFUL) movies like Lord of the Rings, Sherlock Holmes, and The Prestige. Well I was almost asleep when my brother changed the movie and said, "We just got this I want to see it." I said, "Fine what is it?" And like the little brother he is, he said, "Not telling." SO I just laid there while he was putting the movie and then it started. It was the remake of the old classic THE WOLFMAN. The new one stars Benicio Del Toro and Emily Blunt. Well, needless to say, I LOVED it. I didn't want to see it because it just looked like another monster movie with blood and gore, which it was BUT there was a wonderful plot twist between father and son, a tragic romance (always been a fan of those!), and a very 'unexpected' expected ending. I was BLOWN away by the effects (glad they kept the original movies more human take on a werewolf rather than a dog) they used to make the Wolf come to life. And I am now utter in love with Benicio. Well done Hollywood, for not ruining this film.
