As far as Bucky was concerned, Bob needed therapy the most out of any of them.
The point was, Bob was excited about aliens now.
And it was a problem.
Because it brought them back to 2012, accidentally.
Bucky was trying to move on from Steve Rogers but it was impossible to do when the man was breathing and alive and well in 2012.
Chaos ensued, and why did his past self appear now?
Chapter 6:

Of course they sent Natasha because who else would they trust to assess whether or not their prized golden boy had been compromised? She’d slipped into Steve’s place while he was probably back at the godawful Avengers tower (not that Bucky was stalking, he absolutely was). And within 48 hours, they’d made the call to move Steve to Brooklyn.
He should’ve been relieved, should’ve been glad that Steve was out of his immediate radius and that he could fade back into obscurity. But worse, SHIELD now had tabs on him since he’d poked the bear by disabling those bugs, and they noticed. Maybe they didn’t know who exactly had done it, but they knew something was off.
And it was only a matter of time before Natasha figured it out.
So now, Bucky had two problems.
One: a heart full of feelings he had no business still having.
Two: SHIELD a.k.a HYDRA breathing down his neck.
Perfect. Just fucking perfect.
