I think that the 2012 Broadway version of JCS might have one of my favorite Mary/Judas dynamics I've seen until now.

Like Mary is actually concerned for him and not that many murderous glances, plus in the Last Supper she tries to go after him after Jesus pushes him away, and she screams and mourns him when she sees that he has hung himself.

Also, at the end of Could we start again please, the fact that Judas comes down and joins her to sing with Jesus hand in hand is just 👌 that's so sad like him singing that part of the song to Jesus in front of him with also Mary with them i-
