Cascade’s Apricot 2012 (Shipped from Cascade). A 4 of 4. This is now exceedingly sour, yet really delicious. More puckering that just straight acid, but it’s hard to keep a straight face while drinking this. Smells of some really bright citrus notes and some white wine qualities, and some acid. Very sour in the body, but there are some great fruit notes here. Finishes relatively clean, although after a glass, your palate is pretty shot from the sour. Still, one of my favorite from Cascade.
