'Lagos series' is a curated collection of drawings created collaboratively by artists Modé and Karo. The drawings ( Lasgidi, Slangs and portraits) are influenced by the bold, edgy nature of Lagos and the language used in the city. Featuring place names, characters in different expressive modes and street slang, the drawings offer a glimpse into the social, visual, cultural vibe of Lagos through the eyes of young artists discovering and rediscovering the city as it evolves.
