Sadly no one really had President Obama’s back, but will we have each others’ backs now that the Keystone & Dakota Pipelines will be built and will threaten the livelihoods of many? Now that Jeff Sessions will be Attorney General? Now that millions will lose their health insurance? Now that #45, someone who openly admitted to sexual assault and also questioned the legitimacy of President Obama, is in the White House reversing damn near everything President Obama has done for women and those in the LGBTQIA community serving in government? If not then the protesting will be meaningless.

WASHINGTON | Democrats: Latino turnout up 174 percent over 2014 midterms

WASHINGTON — The Democratic Party says a $30 million investment in engaging Latino and other minority voters helped the Democrats achieve a net gain of 34 House seats and improve on 2014 turnout numbers.
