2015 highlights
Turning 18:
I had a fun dinner with my friends and it was so cool catching up and having everyone in one place with me it was a cool day
Going to my first club:
Wasn’t the best experience but still glad I went like yolo I’ve been so that’s that.
My first tattoo:
I got my very first tattoo like 2 weeks after turning 18 and its on the side of my tummy kind of near my left hip and its 2 balloons of Mickey and Minnie outlines just their heads and Minnie has a bow and they’re attached to strings.
Hanging out with Abbey again:
Abbey and I are 2 peas in a pod and I am so glad we are hanging out again she is my very best friend and I don’t know what I would do without her. We were friends as kids but just stopped talking. One day I was driving pat her dads house (which I did, and still do a lot ) and I thought “man I wonder how she’s doing” and that day she messaged me on Ig saying she was at her dads for the weekend and wanted to hangout. I was hesitant but so glad I went. We went to Panda Express and it was the (re)start of a great friendship that I am so thankful for.
Summer time beach trips:
I literally went to the beach the maximum amount possible this year which was like 12 times in like 4 months.
Disneyland passes:
although I work a lot right now Disneyland was a very active go to place and it was the place where I just to happened to have started a pretty cool adventure. which Will be the next highlight..
Meeting Logan:
I met Logan on a very last minute trip to Disney with an old friend who was in the area and told me (only a day prior )she was going. We drove separately so she had to leave with her choir group and I had to wait for my mom to be off work to come get me . He walked passed me with a group of friends and long story short I fell in love with him.
Santa Cruz:
I got to take an amazing trip to Santa Cruz with my boyfriend (at the time) and my friend Nick was so very nice enough to go with me last minute and drive 7 hours up there with me. I had blast and although Logan and I didn’t work out it was one of the best 3 days of my life I learned I am capable of so much I just have to get up and go. The world out there! I can’t hold myself back, just be spontaneous sometimes and take a tip with a boy you’ve only known for 4 months and sleep in his wicked cool vw camper van for 2 nights. Never regret it.
Hanging out on the del taco roof:
it was with a guy I’ve thought was cute for a solid year now cool story actually! This guy has worked at this deal taco near my house for awhile so I would drive through and say hi here and there ( a lot ) and eventually I was brave enough to ask for his number and we hung out and got frozen yogurt and saw a movie. I think it was insurgent. Anyway we ended up going Inside of del taco after hours and drank lots of the lemonade I was so fond of and then hung out on the fn roof for awhile and talked about random shit and got high
4th of July: my best friend and I got drunk t my neighbors house and slept in her car afterwards.
Getting cross faded af while my mom and sister were in Virginia.
Kissing said deal taco guy:
I realized I really needed to take chances more because things just might actually work out and the things we freak out over are usually hypothetical scenarios we create in our heads that never happen. Try new things!!! Kiss people!!!
Buying my very own first car.
I’ve been trying to buy a car for about a year now and I finally was able to! I got a 2004 black Honda Civic LX and I am so so happy I was able to get it. Abbey actually bought me the little tree air freshener things for it too. Love it
So I guess Wasn’t such a bad year after all. It was pretty cool
