Today has been a good start to the year! I ate healthy and did day one if the 30 Day Shred. The thing that I need to work on tomorrow is drinking more water! Also I’m not sure if I want to do Tiffany Rothe Workouts and 30 Day Shred everyday except rest day. If I don’t do both I feel like I’m not doing enough but if I do both I will get sick of doing it since it goes for around 1 1/2 hours. But then again, if I really want this then I will fight for it. Which, I think I am going to do both. I also tried a new thing today. It’s called oil pulling. If you don’t know what it is, it’s where you get one tablespoon of oil (I used coconut oil) and swish it around in your mouth for twenty minutes, then spit it out. The benefit of doing this is that it is a natural tooth whitening routine as well as it gives many health benefits as it is getting rid of the bad bacteria in your mouth. Also, it is recommended that you do this in the morning on an empty stomach. It was really gross doing this but after I do it for a while I will get used to it.
