Senior Station Officer Basil Steele is usually quite serious but in this scene where a video of Norman (a naughty Dennis the menace type character in the show skateboards and lands in a fountain) steele has a bit of a jolly chuckle Steele smiles and laughs for a second until he remembers that he is the officer and they were supposed to shown a training film while he clears his throat and goes "Oh Uh yes Where's my training film?" so can old coots like him be cinnamon rolls too?
